After countless doctors told me my labs were normal and that nothing was wrong, I began doubting myself and wondering if it was all in my head. Frustrated and desperate for answers, I tried everything—diets, supplements, you name it—with little success.

Eventually, I realized I had to become my own health advocate. Determined to uncover the root causes of my exhaustion, I set out to find the answers that had eluded me for so long.
